Returns & Exchanges Policy

Colors, shapes, and sizes of crystals and handmade items may vary slightly, as each piece is unique.

All sales are final; however, we gladly offer exchanges within 30 days of purchase.

To be eligible for an exchange:

• Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging
• Proof of purchase is required
• Exchanges must be for an item of equal or greater value

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged.

For your convenience, exchanges may also be completed in person at one of our pop-up market locations.

Your satisfaction is very important to us. If your order arrives damaged or there is an issue with your purchase, please contact us within 5 days of delivery at office@druidshollow.net with your order number and photos of the item and/or package. We will gladly work with you to make it right.
